HEAD’s ongoing collaboration with former Olympic alpine skier Lindsey Vonn continues this season with the Legacy Collection, a line that blends refined ski fashion with technical performance. The concept is rooted in Vonn’s long partnership with the brand and revisits vintage alpine design through a modern lens.
Design Direction Inspired by Vonn
Vonn worked closely with HEAD’s design team, contributing to silhouette choices, fit, and detailing. The result is a collection that references 1970s piste style while incorporating updated materials and tailoring.
Re:Down® as the Insulation Choice
Selected pieces in the Legacy Collection include insulation made from Re:Down® recycled down, sourced from post-consumer bedding and outerwear. The recycled material offers insulation and lightness consistent with virgin down, according to independent technical descriptions of recycled down performance.
A Practical Approach to Performance and Circularity
By integrating recycled down, HEAD adds a circular-materials dimension without compromising the collection’s warmth or technical value.
